This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in construction or EV infrastructure, with hands-on exposure to jobsite operations, safety practices, and field teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general site labor and ground support activities on EV construction sitesAssist foremen, equipment operators, and skilled technicians as directedSupport trenching, conduit handling, backfilling, and site cleanupStage materials and maintain jobsite organizationSupport electrical and civil crews with daily tasksFollow site safety plans, JHA/JSA requirements, and PPE protocolsMaintain a safe, clean, and productive work environmentSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseNo prior EV experience requiredConstruction or general labor experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a teamReliable transportation requiredOSHA-10 certification preferred (can be obtained after hire)Ability to travel locally and regionally as neededBilingual: English / SpanishBenefitsHealth Insurance plans (health, dental, vision);Whole Life Insurance;401k Plan;PTO/Paid Holidays;Great Work Environment;Career Advancement Opportunities.
