Job Title: MDM Business AnalystLocation: New York City, NYDuration: Full TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst to lead the analysis of the current MDM platform (TIBCO EBX) and define a structured roadmap for migration to Semarchy. The role involves deep assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and defining transition strategy ensuring data integrity and governance continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end assessment of existing MDM platform (TIBCO EBX), including data models, workflows, integrations, and governance processesDefine migration roadmap and transition strategy to SemarchyGather and document business requirements, data rules, and transformation logicPerform gap analysis between current and target MDM platformsCollaborate with business, data governance, and technical teams to align requirementsDefine data migration, mapping, and validation strategiesSupport data quality, stewardship, and governance framework alignmentCreate functional specifications, process flows, and documentationAssist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolutionMust-Have Skills6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in MDM initiativesStrong expertise in MDM concepts (data domains, governance, stewardship, hierarchy, matching & merging)Hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX and/or Semarchy (both preferred)Experience in MDM migration or transformation programsStrong skills in data mapping, gap analysis, and requirement documentationAbility to work with cross-functional stakeholders
