Technical Support Engineer
Are you a curious problem-solver who enjoys understanding the "why" and working with technology? We're looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Technical Support team, helping customers troubleshoot issues and find effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical support inquiries and assist with application troubleshooting and testing
Support product selection and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams on research, testing, and issue resolution
Manage RMA processes and maintain accurate customer and service records
Develop technical content (e.g., how-to guides, videos, and documentation)
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Support affiliates and cross-functional teams as needed
Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
