Construction Field Safety Specialist

This is a hands-on, field-first role supporting electrical construction projects across Michigan. What You’ll Do:Partner directly with field leadership to promote a strong safety culture across jobsites Conduct jobsite visits, audits, and safety observations Coach and support crews on safe work practices (not just enforce policies) Lead incident investigations and identify root causes Support safety training and toolbox talks Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:Required:Experience working in construction, field operations, or safety-related role OSHA 30 Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with field teams Willingness to travel to jobsites across Michigan Preferred (Not Required):OSHA 500 or other safety certifications Electrical construction experience CHST and/or CUSP or other equivalent certification preferred.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package + company safety vehicle Health benefits + additional company support Career growth and development opportunities A team that values safety, collaboration, and doing things the right way
