This role blends project coordination, client interaction, and technical understanding. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption of our software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projectsCoordinate with clients and internal teams to track project progressTravel to client locations to assist with onboarding and trainingGather and communicate client requirements to technical teamsHelp manage timelines, deliverables, and project updatesTroubleshoot basic technical issues during implementationDocument project status, client feedback, and improvement areasRequired QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldBasic programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)Strong communication and organizational skillsInterest in project management and client-facing rolesWillingness to travel frequently and work in field settingsPreferred QualificationsExposure to project coordination, internships, or team-based projectsBasic understanding of software implementation or SaaS platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
