Website: coolindulgewellness.com Key Responsibilities Deliver Professional Bodywork: Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions (30, 60, or 90 minutes) tailored to individual client goals, utilizing various modalities to promote recovery and pain relief. Comprehensive Wellness Education: Serve as a recovery expert by educating clients on the benefits of massage and how our full suite of services can complement their bodywork for a holistic routine. Client Management: Maintain detailed intake notes and provide exceptional service to build a consistent "book of business" within our boutique environment. Safety & Environment: Maintain a pristine, tranquil, and welcoming treatment suite. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and all sessions are conducted within state safety and ethical guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Certified Professional: Active California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification and valid liability insurance. Educational Background: Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to address specific musculoskeletal issues. Effective Communicator: Ability to consult with clients to identify "trouble spots" and explain how different massage techniques will aid their specific recovery. Scheduling Availability: Be available at least two Saturdays each month. Ideal Candidate Attributes Available a minimum of four days each week, including Saturdays. Marketing and Sales Savvy: You are comfortable appearing on/creating content for social media and are excited to participate in collaborative marketing with @cool.indulge.cryo to grow your personal brand.
