Senior Information Technology Support Analyst
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to support one of our global UK-based clients.đ Preferred Locations:Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala or other cost-effective nearshore locations supporting US business hours.đ Experience Required:6â8 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experienceđť Key Responsibilities:⢠Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users, including VIPs and Executives⢠Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and conferencing issues⢠Support both Windows and Mac environments⢠Respond to tickets via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems⢠Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online⢠Manage assets, documentation and equipment inventory⢠Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of IT equipment/software⢠Support meeting room technologies and collaboration tools⢠Occasional regional office travel may be requiredâ
Required Skills:⢠Microsoft 365 Administration⢠Windows 11 Installation & Configuration⢠Intune & Entra ID⢠Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint Support⢠IT ticketing systems experience⢠ITIL v4 knowledge/certification⢠Experience supporting a global workforceâ Nice to Have:⢠ServiceNow experienceIf interested, please send your updated resume along with your hourly/full loaded rate.
