Senior Information Technology Support Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to support one of our global UK-based clients.📍 Preferred Locations:Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala or other cost-effective nearshore locations supporting US business hours.🕒 Experience Required:6–8 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience💻 Key Responsibilities:• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users, including VIPs and Executives• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and conferencing issues• Support both Windows and Mac environments• Respond to tickets via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online• Manage assets, documentation and equipment inventory• Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of IT equipment/software• Support meeting room technologies and collaboration tools• Occasional regional office travel may be required✅ Required Skills:• Microsoft 365 Administration• Windows 11 Installation & Configuration• Intune & Entra ID• Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint Support• IT ticketing systems experience• ITIL v4 knowledge/certification• Experience supporting a global workforce⭐ Nice to Have:• ServiceNow experienceIf interested, please send your updated resume along with your hourly/full loaded rate.
