Join our team and make a difference every day! Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with bedtime and morning routines Support with mobility, toileting, and incontinence care Monitor client safety and provide overnight companionship Document overnight activity and report any concerns Perform light housekeeping or meal prep, as needed Your dedication and care can truly make a difference! RequirementsPrior caregiving experience is a plus Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations) Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.) Valid driver's license and active car insurance BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $20-$25/hr Weekly Payments Flexible Schedule Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel during scheduled shifts Supportive team and ongoing training
