Teardrop and Adventure Trailer Assembly Technician Are you passionate about craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands? Teardrop NW, a leader in teardrop trailer manufacturing, is looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to not only build trailers but also contribute to the design and development of new products. Position Overview: As a Teardrop and Adventure Trailer Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling our teardrop trailers from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability. You will also be an integral part of our design team, contributing to the conceptualization, prototyping, and launch of new products. Experience with CNC machinery is a plus as we use precision cutting in some phases of the production process. Key Responsibilities: Assemble teardrop trailers according to detailed plans and specifications. Install wiring, plumbing, cabinetry, and other key trailer components. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Assist in operate CNC machine (as needed) to assist in precise component creation. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new products. Ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in each build. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or carpentry preferred. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools required. Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams. Strong attention to detail and quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Creative mindset with a passion for product development and innovation. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
