SAP ECC CRM to S/4HANA Data Migration Lead (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with a strong background in handling SAP ECC CRM to S/4HANA upgrade and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP data migration, system upgrades, and end-to-end implementation projects, with a proven track record in leading large-scale migration initiatives. Description Location: Tallahassee / Florida (onsite only) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SAP ECC CRM to S/4HANA data migration process, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement migration strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Develop and execute the data migration plan, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and manage data migration risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project management methodologies throughout the migration lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to the data migration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Perform validation, testing, and reconciliation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve data migration issues and provide post-migration support. Prepare detailed documentation of data migration activities, including technical designs, test plans, and data validation results. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SAP projects, with a focus on SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration and upgrades. Extensive experience in SAP CRM modules and strong knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities. Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. In-depth understanding of SAP data structures, master data, and transactional data across SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems. Strong project management skills, with experience in leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in SAP migration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, and Migration Cockpit. Familiarity with data security, compliance, and GDPR regulations in the context of SAP data migration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in S/4HANA or data migration tools is a plus. Experience in integrating third-party tools for data migration is highly desirable. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are an advantage. Salary $76 - $80 per hour
