Responsible for following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.Leading software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising exceptional judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions, and escalating only the more unusual and/or unique software program/application development issues when necessary.Coordinates with the QA Director or QA Manager to implement quality assurance and testing strategies for HSTM software development efforts and processesEnforces adherence to corporate and departmental policies and proceduresCollaborates with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script developmentFacilitates the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies Leads department level meetings and quality initiativesParticipates in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire, and onboard candidates for open department positionsEvaluates new tools, technologies, and methodologies to promote continuous improvementQualificationsRequirementsBS or BA in Computer Science, or MISExperience with test automation tooling and frameworksExperience installing, configuring, and operating a multi-tier WEB based system in a testing environment preferred3-5 years experience using test management/defect tracking tools, familiarity with requirements management toolsExperience generating tables, graphs, charts, etc., to represent, analyze and communicate data and information, and presenting complex issues and data to audiences of varying levelsSenior knowledge of software development life cycle and QA processes/methodologyExperience in any of the following preferred: Agile, TFS, SQL ServerQualifications 3+ years experience with automated test script developmentStrong, senior knowledge of software development life cycle and QA processes/methodologyExperience installing, configuring, and operating a multi-tier application in a testing environment preferred3-5 years experience using test management/defect tracking tools, familiarity with requirements management toolsExperience generating tables, graphs, charts, etc., to represent, analyze and communicate data and information, and presenting complex issues and data to audiences of varying levels.Tools and Languages - proficiency with the following preferred:API Test Tools: SoapUI, Postman, Locust, JMeterFunctional Automation Test Tools: Selenium WebDriverLoad Testing Tools: LoadRunner, StormRunnerCloud Technologies: Azure Devops, AWSMeticulous attention to detailProcess complianceFlexibility and tolerance for changeProactive leadership and accountabilityDedication to a culture of learning and innovationDrive to continuously assess and improveProblem solving and critical thinkingAbility to leverage experience and expertise to maximize effectivenessCompensationThe salary range for this position is $77,445 - $109,893. Salary will be determined on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
