We support the Purchase Order and invoicing process along with expense reporting, tracking, and dispute resolution.What You'll DoAssist in monitoring and analyzing telecom invoices and billing statementsHelp identify billing discrepancies, overcharges, and optimization opportunitiesMaintain and update telecom inventory records and device tracking systemsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather telecom requirements and usage dataAssist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvementsWhat We're Looking forCurrently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, finance, accounting, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take on new challengesLocationMaine, United StatesThe US national base salary range for this position is from$42,700.00 - $79,300.00The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.
