This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to sharpen their litigation skills, handle sophisticated business disputes, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do● Prepare pleadings and manage law and motion practice, including complaints, answers, demurrers, discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and other trial motions under the guidance of senior litigation attorneys.● Manage the discovery process, with guidance from senior litigation attorneys—from planning and execution to identifying evidence that strengthens our case strategy or refutes the opposing party’s claims.● Conduct targeted legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, or CEB on statutes, case law, and procedural rules.● Draft concise legal memoranda summarizing findings for use in trial preparation and strategy.● Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.What We’re Looking For● Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.● Licensed to practice law in California (in good standing).● 3+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.● Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.● Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.● A collaborative team player with a growth mindset.Why Join Us● Competitive compensation: $155,000 – $175,000 DOE, plus performance-based bonuses.● Meaningful responsibility: Take ownership of substantive litigation work with senior attorney guidance.● Growth opportunities: Gain hands-on courtroom and client-facing experience.● Entrepreneurial team culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions matter.● The chance to make a direct impact by helping business clients protect what they’ve built.Directions to ApplyPlease apply by email only.
