Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative acts as the utility's first point of contact, providing exceptional and efficient service by assisting customers in person, by phone, and through computer based systems with service changes, billing inquires, payment arrangements, and other utility services.Salary: Starting pay $4,697.17 & increases through a longevity step process to $6,164.74 per month.Qualifications include:Develop proficiency in the core responsibilities of each customer service role to provide support when necessary.Excellent customer service skills to communicate in a clear, effective and respectful manner with the general public and use excellent human relations skills as a representative of the PUD.Ability to exercise reasonable common sense and good judgment in the working environment.Basic computer and technical skills are required.Ability to operate all types of electronic office equipment.Accuracy in working detail is necessary while effectively managing time and assume a variety of responsibilities.Overtime work will be necessary at times.Education and experience:A high school education or equivalent.Previous experience working in a customer service setting.English/Spanish bilingual encouraged to apply.Mason PUD 3 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
