Senior Software EngineerLightning Labs is seeking a pragmatic senior software engineer who embraces the DevOps mindset to improve our developer experience.Roles:Manage the underlying cloud and cluster technologies that compose our internal platformManage stateful backend services such as databases and Bitcoin/LN nodesUtilize, operate, and extend observability tools (logging/monitoring/tracing)Improve robustness & security of our platform using enhancements like operators and overlay networksAdvise/assist dev teams with integrations, such as Helm charts, cloud resources, and the k8s lifecycleSkills:Strong foundations in Linux, networking, security, cloud, and IaCManaging and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in productionOperating and extending observability tools (logging/metrics/tracing)Experience in a systems programming language (Go, Python, Rust, etc)Preferred:Advanced cloud technologies: GitOps, DevSecOps, service meshDatabase administration: postgresql, etcdKnowledge of Bitcoin and Lightning NetworkFamiliarity contributing to open source projectsCheck out our Github repos at:https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lndhttps://github.com/lightninglabs/lndinithttps://github.com/lightninglabs/lndmonhttps://github.com/lightninglabs/aperture
