Class A or B Mobile Diesel Mechanic

This role offers a dynamic work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding career with a company on the rise.Competitive pay (based on experience)Generous incentive and bonus opportunitiesSIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE!Health benefits401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO)Class A or B Mobile Diesel Technician.Responsibilities:Travel to customer's site with company vehicleRun diagnostic tests on heavy-duty diesel-powered vehiclesRepairs, maintenance and servicing large straight trucks, and busses,Analyze diagnostic test resultsTest drive vehicles to gauge performancePerform preventative maintenanceMaintain detailed records of service vehiclesQualifications:One year experience in diesel engine repairAdvanced knowledge of diesel engine technology and componentsMechanical aptitude and problem solvingProficiency in operating all types of vehicles, equipment, and toolsAble to work in a fast paced, demanding environmentGood interpersonal skills with Supervisors and Co-workersWilling to obtain factory certificationsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordClass B CDL -preferred, not requiredPhysical Requirements:Standing, walking, lifting (often over 50lbs), and working in various positions like stooping, kneeling, and bending.Dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to use tools are also essential.
