Data Migration Consultant

Job Description: Deliver end-to-end HR data migration activities for the SuccessFactors implementation.Design, develop, and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Support payroll parallel testing by preparing and loading necessary data sets.Manage and execute delta loads to ensure data synchronisation and accuracy.Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.Document data migration processes, mappings, and validation rules.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data migrationProven experience in data migration, specifically within SuccessFactors or SAP HCM implementations.Strong proficiency with ETL tools (SAP BODS preferred; DataStage/Informatica acceptable).Expertise in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and validation.Understanding of HR data objects and structures.Experience in supporting payroll testing cycles.Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy and integrity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with offshore colleagues.SuccessFactors data migration certification (Desirable).Experience with other data quality and governance tools (Desirable).Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems (Desirable).Benefits: Competitive Day Rate
