You'll work on 3D model development, 2D drawing production, and project deliverables while adhering to BIM standards. This role offers hands-on technical work under the guidance of our VDC Director and will report to Project Management while deployed daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Revit models incorporating relevant building systemsProduce 2D drawings (shop overlays, coordination drawings, lift plans, assembly drawings) from BIM modelsPerform quality control checks and implement corrective actionsGenerate models from laser scans and field capture technologiesSupport model coordination and clash detection across multiple disciplinesCreate as-built documentation and 4D sequencing visualizationsParticipate in constructability reviews and design/construction issue resolutionMaintain Flintco BIM standards and modeling workflowsSupport marketing pursuits with modeling content and renderingsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in BIM-related roles (BIM Technician, Modeler, or Coordinator)Advanced proficiency in Autodesk RevitExperience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revizto and CMBuilderProficiency in reality capture platforms (Recap, Drone Deploy, Propeller)Commercial construction project experienceKnowledge of multi-disciplinary building systems coordinationUnderstanding of construction documents and processesAssociate's degree in technology, architecture, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Candidates may permanently reside anywhere in the US but must will be willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%).Growth OpportunitiesAlberici invests heavily in our team members training and development in both technical, management, and leadership aptitude.This role is on the VDC Career Ladder; employees participate in a Professional Development Plan (PDP) focused on career advancement.Typical growth opportunities for this position include:* VDC Manager* Senior VDC ManagerAlberici is a North American company with multiple Operating Companies:Alberici Constructors, Inc., Alberici Constructors, LTD., Alberici Construcciones, BRC, CAS Constructors, Filanc, Flintco, Hillsdale Fabricators, and Kienlen Constructors#LI-Onsite
