If you share our passion for beautiful cars, thrive on details, and want to be part of something extraordinary, this is your chance.Why You’ll Love This RoleThis is a fast-paced and exciting role which requires consistent high-level of performance and quality with strong emphasis on and value for customer satisfactionProvide support to Engineering on work instructions and build process updatesWork in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goalsLiaise with Product Experience team and Singer’s global partner network to assist in remote diagnosing and repairs of vehicles in the field Travel to support on location vehicle repairs, customer events, and vehicle development as required What You’ll DoPerform Porsche/Singer vehicle maintenance services as specifiedConduct Pre-Delivery Inspections and is a subject matter expert on the entire PDI process Partner with and supports all Singer Engineering teams to provide feedback, assistance, and support on all prototype and production vehicles Support Singer production teams with training and education, both new hires and existing team membersIdentify and diagnoses customer concerns per manufacturers specification and guidelinesDocument cause of failure and correction to satisfy customers understandingUse diagnostic tools to test vehicle systemsPerform thorough inspection of customer's vehicle, reporting all required repairs and preventive maintenancePerform tear downs, repairs, and upgrades to vehiclesAssemble vehicle components such as suspension, brakes, interior parts and panels, powertrain installation and removal, mounting and balancing tiresDiagnose and repairs electrical faults with confidencePerform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customerRoad tests and validates repairs, services, or upgradesWho We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma Six (6) plus years of professional work experience Experience with professional automotive, motorsport, or high-end restoration Experience with engine and body control systems, data acquisition, hardware, and software toolsAbility to handle, repair and work around delicate cars and componentsMust demonstrate proficiency in driving a manual transmission vehicleBonus points for ASE or Porsche certificationLocation & Schedule:This position is onsite in Carson, CA and may involve some travel.
