Job Description: tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. Requirements Requirements:Passion for tarte productsRetail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environmentsStrong relationship-building and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customersMerchandising and planogram experienceCompetitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some eveningsOwn a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media Benefits Our PerksCompensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience)Friendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment Tarte is an equal opportunity employer.
