Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jan 4, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU assignment requiring a ME or compact license and at least two years of ICU experience. Details Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15 13-week contract assignment Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive monitoring and interventions May be required to float to facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed Requirements Active ME or compact state RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Must provide a driver's license for consideration Additional Information No travel pairs or groups will be considered for this position Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (ME or NH residents) will be considered local for pay purposes Returning employees must disclose employment within MaineHealth facilities in the past 12 months First-time travelers are welcome to apply SSN and date of birth may be required for onboarding Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on the assignment
