Job Description Property Manager – Commercial Office BuildingWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 98,000 square foot commercial property located in University Park, Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in tenant relations, financial oversight, employee management and building operations. Email your resume to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the commercial property, ensuring efficient, professional, and compliant performanceServe as primary point of contact for tenants; build strong relationships and promptly address concernsOversee vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance teamsCoordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvement projectsManage a team of eight employeesAssist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outsQualifications3+ years of experience managing commercial properties. Storage, Warehouse or Apartment management will not be considered Bachelor's degree requiredStrong knowledge of building operations, real estate showings, maintenance, and vendor managementExcellent communication, employee management and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong problem-solving abilitiesFocused and results driven Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft OfficeExperience with leases & lease selling, and showing space to potential tenants
