Job Description Business Development Manager (BDM) Enviro-Master Services | Louisville, KY (Gaston Capital Holdings) Income: $60,000 salary + uncapped commission On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $70k - $80k +Benefits: Fuel & Cell Phone reimbursement, company laptop. Enviro-Master Services, a leader in commercial hygiene and sanitation solutions, and an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Louisville market. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you will lead local sales efforts, build client relationships, and help expand our footprint across the region. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both selling and being actively involved in operations within a small, entrepreneurial team environment. Duties and Responsibilities · Drive new business by selling recurring service contracts to commercial clients within the greater Louisville territory. · Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. · Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term growth. · Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand territory revenue. · Oversee operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. · Support day-to-day operations as needed, including field support alongside technicians. · Stay informed on competitors, market trends, and service offerings.
