Lead Generation and Support CoordinatorPosition SummaryThe Lead Generation and Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Lead Generation Specialist and broader Growth Team by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate data within Salesforce, and ensuring efficient workflow execution. This position focuses on lead tracking, opportunity setup, and client onboarding support, while also identifying potential business opportunities through day-to-day interactions and data management.---Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Opportunity Support• Support the Lead Generation Specialist in maintaining and organizing the lead pipeline• Set up and maintain opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation• Process EHS Statements of Work (SOW) and manage opportunity workflow administration• Conduct Engineering and Environmental opportunity review administration• Assist with annual renewals, including opportunity setup and SOW creation• Ensure all activities and updates are properly documented within Salesforce and internal systems• Conduct new account setup outreach and coordinate collection of required forms and documentation• Identify and recognize potential customer opportunities through account interaction and data review• Communicate potential opportunities to the Growth Team for follow-up and developmentQualifications• 1-3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or operations• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Excellent communication and coordination abilities• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Key Skills• Prospecting & Research• Process coordination and workflow management• Attention to detail and accuracy• Communication and cross-functional collaboration• Time management and prioritization• Problem-solving and initiative• Cold outreach (calls,email,social)Performance Metrics (KPIs)• Activity levels (calls,emails,outreach touchpoints)• Support of lead pipeline and conversion efforts• Responsiveness to internal and external stakeholdersWork Environment• Collaborative, fast-paced team environment• Close partnership with Lead Generation, Sales, and Operations teams• Role may be hybrid or remotePROtect Perks:• Pay Type: Hourly , Part-time.• Hiring Min Rate : 20 USD• Eligible for Monthly and Annual Safety Competitions with Prizes• Referral Bonuses for top talent• Clear Career Advancement OpportunitiesINTENT AND FUNCTION OF JOB DESCRIPTIONSAll descriptions have been reviewed to ensure that only essential functions and basic duties have been included.
