Full Stack Developer - Support
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of the web applications.
PREFERENCES:
Education:
Minimum six years of high-tech industry, product engineering, programming/systems analysis, and/or IT work experience
Experience:
· Experience with large-scale enterprise applications deployed using .NET.
· Commitment to continuing professional development.
· Experience supporting customers in a production environment
· Machine Learning is a plus, but not required.
· Elasticsearch is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs):
· Experience in Application Development/Maintenance & Support and should be familiar with Microsoft Windows environments, ASP.NET, MVC, JSON, Web services or Web APIs, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, DevOpps, SQL Reporting Services (multiple versions), Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, development and system administration, and HTML/CSS (Intranet/Internet architectures).
· Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, JQuery or React.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the web applications.
Perform analysis, testing, and development for application enhancements and bug fixes.
Coordinate with the development team on existing backlog items.
Support items currently in the maintenance phase.
Validate requirements documents and user stories.
Assist with the development and implementation of enhancement requests from county and law enforcement agencies.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to criminal justice processes.
Participate in project-related meetings, ceremonies, and team discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
Provide direct customer interaction and support as needed.
Assist with batch report development and support as needed.
Work with team members to ensure application changes are properly analyzed, developed, tested, and implemented.
Support documentation of application functionality, requirements, testing results, and issue resolution.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience working with integrated systems used by multiple agencies.
Experience with application maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancement requests.
Experience assisting with batch report development and support.
Experience working with development backlogs and user stories.
Experience providing direct customer or end-user support.
Pay: $46.00 per hour
Experience:
Supporting enterprise web applications: 5 years (Required)
ASP.NET, MVC, JSON, Web services or Web APIs, : 5 years (Required)
JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, JQuery or React.: 4 years (Required)
