The Sales Coordinator will support the sales teams and Vice President of Sales by handling administrative tasks, organizing sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external clients. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency and contributing to overall sales success.Qualifications• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.• Order Processing: Manage the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, pricing, and client information.• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with up-to-date client and sales data.• Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track performance, revenue, and team progress against targets.• Team Coordination: Schedule and organize sales meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations to support sales campaigns, promotions, and special projects.• Document Management: Maintain an organized system of contracts, agreements, and customer files.• Assist with Onboarding: Help onboard new sales team members by providing them with necessary resources and guidance.• Sales Training Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales training sessions for team members, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and tools.• Contract Review: Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements for accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Budget Management: Help manage the sales department's budget by tracking expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for campaigns and events.• Data Entry and Management: Ensure all sales data is entered accurately into systems and assist with data clean-up and integrity checks.• Handle Sales Documentation: Oversee proper filing and storage of important sales documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.• Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordination of sales events, tradeshows, and client meetings.
