HR Business Partner
HR BUSINESS PARTNERThis position is located On-site in Northeast DenverThe HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management and our employees on human resource-related issues, working closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance the performance, culture, and workforce engagement of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining our ATS, and collaborating with candidates and hiring managers at various stages of the interview process.Promote awareness and ensure compliance with Birdon's policies and key people programs.Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.Act as a strategic advisor with a focus on partnership with management to support the business and achievement of organizational goals.Foster a culture of positive employee relations and engagement to increase retention.Support the performance management process, benefits open enrollment, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and other processes and projects as assigned.Conduct research, analyze data and prepare recommendations on assigned projects.Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws for a Federal Contractor.Manage all Leave of Absence requests based on state and federal regulations.Manage all Work Comp injuries, collaborating with site Safety.Qualifications / Skills / Experience:Minimum 5 years of related generalist experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Certification a plusWorking knowledge of HR, Benefits, Compensation, Employee RelationsAbility to maintain confidentiality, build strong working relationships with employees, managers and TPA's and become a trusted partner with all stakeholdersBirdon offers a full benefits package including:Health/Dental/VisionEAP/LifeSTD/LTD401(k) with company match (pre- and post-tax options)Vacation/Sick accrual and holiday payTuition reimbursement programEmployee referral programPet InsuranceBirdon is committed to the HEALTH and SAFETY of our workforce and to the ENVIRONMENT we expect this same commitment from all employees.
