We are partnering with a growing, well-established manufacturer in the industrial products space to identify a Product Manager to lead a portfolio of engineered products. This role offers the opportunity to own product strategy, drive growth, and work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue, product development, and long-term business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-lifeDevelop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and pricing aligned with market needsPartner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and executionWork with sales and marketing to support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagementAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunitiesDrive profitability and margin improvement through pricing strategy, product optimization, and portfolio managementSupport new product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilitiesCollaborate with engineering and compliance teams to ensure products meet applicable industry standards, codes, and certificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related role within an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineered productsExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teamsDemonstrated ability to manage product portfolios, pricing, and product strategyStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsExperience working within regulated environments and familiarity with applicable standards such as:ASME (pressure vessels, piping, or mechanical design)ANSI / ISO standardsCSA / UL certificationsNEC / electrical standards (as applicable)Experience partnering with internal or external compliance teams to support product certification and regulatory requirements
