About the CompanyAgileOne is committed to providing outstanding customer service and generating additional business opportunities throughout the client’s geographic footprint for all verticals of the ActOne Group of Companies.About the RoleThe Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing AgileOne’s MSP program. The PM works with Client Users, Supplier Partners, and Contingent Workers participating in the MSP Program and/or Technology Suite for AgileOne Accounts. The PM will support and manage the effective and efficient use of the AgileOne Vendor Management Tool, or 3rd party VMS, facilitate the processes, and manage compliance with the contingent workforce management program defined by the client and AgileOne Management.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily MSP program operations across client users, suppliers, and contingent workersManage program performance, accuracy of data, SLAs, compliance, and reportingMonitor and maintain P&L, budgeting, and financial health of the programEnsure timely billing, audits, program metrics, and governance deliverablesServe as primary point of contact for client stakeholdersBuild relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers to identify growth opportunitiesFacilitate supplier meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)Oversee issue resolution, escalations, and service-level requirementsLead, mentor, and develop a tenured Client Services teamHire, train, evaluate, and coach staffFoster a collaborative, accountable, high‑performance cultureIdentify opportunities to expand the program footprintMonitor and track SOW resources and program growth initiativesImprove processes, streamline workflows, and introduce cost-saving strategiesQualificationsP&L management experienceExperience growing a staffing/MSP program (SOW resource tracking, scaling operations)5+ years of experience in staffing, MSP program management, vendor management, or on‑site account managementExperience managing and developing a tenured, experienced teamConfident, thick-skinned, and able to communicate directly and professionallyExperience supporting or partnering with Fortune 500/1000 clientsStrong understanding of labor laws, staffing operations, supplier management, and complianceAbility to work onsite in San Francisco 2–3 days per weekRequired SkillsExperience with AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS toolsBackground in business development or client expansion within staffing/MSPStrong reporting, analytics, or Power BI experienceComfortable facilitating executive-level meetings, governance councils, and QBRsPreferred SkillsExperience with AgileOne, Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS toolsBackground in business development or client expansion within staffing/MSPStrong reporting, analytics, or Power BI experienceComfortable facilitating executive-level meetings, governance councils, and QBRsPay range and compensation packageFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities.
