Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 1 Mid/Sr Business Development Can be remote if you live in Florida, Texas or Arkansas 1 Senior, 1 Mid to senior – Base $130-170K bonus and commission Must come from similar industry – supply chain, logistics, etc. We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development with strong experience in SaaS solutions and a background in reverse logistics, returns management, supply chain, or logistics. This leader will be responsible for building and expanding key partnerships, developing new revenue channels, and driving enterprise-level growth within a fast-scaling environment. This role requires someone who understands both the technical and operational challenges brands face in the post-purchase ecosystem, and who can translate that knowledge into compelling value propositions. Required Qualifications 7-12+ yrs of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales. Proven experience in SaaS, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain tech. Direct exposure to reverse logistics, returns management, or supply chain operations (preferred). Strong network within retail, logistics, or e-commerce ecosystems is a major plus. Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close complex enterprise deals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills. Highly analytical, strategic thinker with a track record of delivering revenue growth. Preferred Skills Experience with integrations/API-driven SaaS solutions. Understanding of warehouse operations, 3PL workflows, and post-purchase systems.
