We provide corporate clients with FX payment solutions and tools to help them manage currency exposure, improve cash flow, and capitalize on global market opportunities.Monex USA is seeking highly motivated rising seniors with a strong interest in finance, foreign exchange, and global markets to join our 10-week Summer Internship Program. This rotational program offers hands-on exposure across multiple U.S. offices, providing a well-rounded experience within sales, client services, and FX strategy.This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, intellectually curious, and interested in pursuing a career in financial services, sales, or foreign exchange. Interns will gain direct exposure to Monex USA’s business model, client engagement strategies, and global financial markets.Program Overview10-week structured internship beginning June 15, 2026Rotational experience across U.S. officesExposure to Sales, Trading/FX Strategy, and Client Services teamsHands-on training, mentorship, and real-world project workFinal presentation to senior leadershipResponsibilitiesConduct research on global markets, currency trends, and industries with FX exposureSupport sales teams in identifying and qualifying prospective clientsAssist with outbound prospecting efforts and lead generation initiativesParticipate in client meetings and internal strategy sessionsAnalyze client needs and assist in identifying FX risk management solutionsUtilize CRM systems to track and manage prospects and client informationCollaborate on team projects and present findings to leadershipShadow Sales Directors and learn the full sales cycle processAssist with market analysis and reporting on FX trendsQualificationsRising senior (graduating in 2027) pursuing a Bachelor’s degreeMajor in Finance, Economics, Business, International Business, or related field preferredStrong interest in foreign exchange, financial markets, and global businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiativeAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred QualificationsPrior internship or coursework related to finance, sales, or economicsFamiliarity with financial markets or FX conceptsLeadership experience in campus organizations or activitiesTravel RequirementsNone Compensation:The hourly salary range is $23/hour.
