When we win, you win.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Drain & Sewer Technician provides solutions and options for drain, sewer, and plumbing issues. This is a BRAND NEW home services department and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to grow this department and share in the rewards. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Run drain and sewer calls as directed by Dispatch.Provide 5-star customer experience by using Service Connection process.Communicate with camera technician to schedule onsite inspection.Offer customer upgrade options (Good, Better, Best options).Provide drain cleaning and jetting services when selected by customer.
