We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily business functions, driving operational excellence, and aligning processes with the company's long-term vision. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, demonstrate leadership in senior roles, and have a proven track record in business development and process improvement. As a key member of the team, the Director of Operations will ensure operational efficiency, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support organizational growth.
What You’ll Own
Daily scheduling and crew deployment
Oversight of field crews and subcontractors
Yard operations, materials, and inventory control
Job readiness, sequencing, and on-time starts
Operational use and enforcement of JobNimbus
Reducing rework, delays, and callbacks
Improving job cycle time and predictability
Building repeatable systems (not tribal knowledge)
Coordinating with sales for clean handoffs
You will be expected to identify bottlenecks and fix them, not work around them.

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, site work, restoration, concrete, fencing, or similar trades.

Pay: $55,689.86 - $67,067.35 per year
