QPS Employment - - Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment; Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and servo systems using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools; Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues using appropriate test equipment; Calibrate and align machine components to meet precision tolerances; Document maintenance activities, downtime, and parts usage in the maintenance management system
