MongoDB DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NY/NJ – HybridFulltimeSalary Range: $100,000-$130,000 a year+ Fulltime BenefitNote: No C2C or contract roles; this position is for full-time employment onlyJob DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:Secondary: Hadoop, InformaticaResponsible to design, build, and optimize document-oriented NoSQL databases.Responsibilities include creating efficient schema designs, formulating aggregation pipelines, tuning query performance, and implementing scalability architectures like sharding and replication.Database Design: Architect scalable NoSQL document schemas based on application workload and access patterns.Query & Indexing: Develop, debug, and optimize complex queries and aggregation pipelines for high performance.Performance Tuning: Monitor system health and optimize database read/write speeds, implementing caching or index strategies as needed.Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain replica sets and sharded clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.Security & Backups: Implement database security protocols, role-based access control, and data encryption.
