The ideal candidate has strong industry relationships, proven sales results, and a genuine passion for premium craft spirits.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors in San Diego and surroundings.Promote and sell our mezcal brand to on- and off-premise accounts.Organize tastings, events, and activations to drive brand awareness.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.RequirementsSales experience in the wine, spirits, or beverage industry.Strong existing network in San Diego and surroundings hospitality and retail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.What Makes This Role UniqueOpportunity to represent an international, award-winning mezcal brand.Flexible, entrepreneurial environment with room for growth.
