Construction Worker

Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar, execute masonry tasks, and handle flooring installation with precision Conduct concrete pumping, concrete cutting, and plastering activities as required by project specifications Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members Experience Proven experience working on construction projects with hands-on involvement in various trades such as masonry, carpentry, or concrete work Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete machinery Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of project timelines Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for safe operations on-site Prior experience in renovation projects or working with hardscape elements is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail OSHA Certification preferred Bilingual preferred We are dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
