Clarizen Administrator 6 month Contract - Possible Extensions or Converting to Full time Remote-Role 100%, Central/East Coast preferable but flexibleThe Clarizen Administrator will work closely with the Clarizen Program Lead to design, build, and manage Clarizen in support of automating business and project operations within the Security Consulting Operations team.Responsibilities Receiving and qualifying requirements while being able to give direction and scope with ClarizenAssisting with customizing reports, views, custom fields, etc. with Clarizen and report the status to cross-functional teams and stakeholdersMaintaining the accuracy of the data in Clarizen and working with teams outside of Unit 42 Security Consulting Operations to build integration and ensure the integration is preserved as Clarizen is developed furtherAssist the Clarizen Program Lead in the documentation of the various workflows that exist today and that are added in the futureSkills 5+ years of Program/Product Management experienceExperience 2+ years Clarizen Administration experienceExperience configuring and customizing in ClarizenProfessional Service Automation and project migration experienceAnalyst background and experienceDesire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and constantly adapting security firm wearing multiple hatsProven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
