We’re a busy, customer-focused auto repair shop looking for a Bilingual Service Advisor who can help our customers feel at home while making sure their vehicles get the care they need. What You’ll Be Doing: Welcome customers with a smile and a great attitude. Talk through repairs and services in a way that makes sense (no confusing car lingo). Write up repair orders and estimates accurately. Stay connected between our customers and technicians so everyone’s in the loop. Spot opportunities to recommend extra services that keep cars running their best. Keep the shop energy positive and the customer experience top-notch. What We’re Looking For: A people person who loves conversation and building relationships. Someone who’s confident in sales. Organized, upbeat, and able to juggle a busy day without losing your cool.
