HR InternAs an HR Intern you will assist members of the team with administrative HR tasks as well as specialized projects. You will have the opportunity to learn some of the ins and outs of HR Operations, and what functions drive and support our most important resource – our people!Duties & ResponsibilitiesLocation: Leawood, KansasProvide administrative support in organizing historical records in the HRISCreation of human resources forms or documents as requestedContribute individually and/or as a team member to support the departmentUse various tools to acquire information, interpret data and present findings or results on the projectsAdministrative support for compliance requirementsPrepare reports or documents as requestedEducation & ExperienceKnowledge of:Analytical skills and attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to:Work and keep up in a fast-paced environmentAlways be willing to learn something newEducation and Training:Must be a part of an accredited College/UniversityPreferably studying Finance, Business Management, Human ResourcesNeeds to be familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookCompensation And Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends.
