We prioritize builders—people who take ownership, move quickly, and solve problems at the system level.About the RoleWe are hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our customer engagement systems across voice, SMS, and lifecycle channels.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and marketing, with direct ownership over the systems that drive speed-to-lead, contact rates, and conversion performance .You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, integrations, and real-time decisioning.
