Client Services Engineer

On-site Client Services Engineer role providing technical support for employee-facing services and collaborating with business and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, increase efficiency, and improve user experience. Requirements 3 years of experience in IT Support / Admin role Experience with Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment Familiarity with VMware and client level virtualization software Experience with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting Strong security foundation and endpoint or user best practices Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation tools Strong knowledge of Active Directory account administration Experience configuring and/or troubleshooting Single-Sign on (Azure, Okta, Ping, etc.) Solid understanding of endpoint management tools (ECM/Intune, Jamf, Landscape, etc.) 1-2 years of scripting experience (PowerShell, bash, Python, etc.) Exceptional verbal and written communication Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills Benefits Health Care Plan Life Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Retirement Plan Free breakfast and lunch J-18808-Ljbffr
