This role demands an administrative professional who can seamlessly balance fast-paced front desk operations with intricate medical-legal tasks like insurance verification and referral management.Key Responsibilities:Patient Communication & Front Desk Operations: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with a warm, energetic, and empathetic demeanor, ensuring a premium patient experience.Procedure Advocacy & Patient Education: Actively study and master the clinic's medical procedures to confidently explain treatment steps, answer inquiries, and spread knowledge to patients.Complex Appointment & Telehealth Scheduling: Coordinate medical calendars, book patient appointments, and provide technical troubleshooting and workflow support for remote Telehealth visits.Insurance Verification & Pre-Authorizations: Execute end-to-end insurance workflows, confirming patient eligibility and securing timely prior authorizations to avoid billing disruptions.Referral & EHR Management: Process and track incoming and outgoing patient referrals while maintaining meticulous, up-to-date health records within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
