The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration activities.Prepare data mapping documents and reconciliation reports.Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.Support mock runs, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.Develop and execute SQL/PLSQL scripts for migration tasks.Coordinate with functional and technical teams for data validation.Identify and resolve data quality issues.Maintain migration documentation and status reports.Required Skills Experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS data migration.Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.Experience with:FBDIHDLADFDIETL toolsGood understanding of Oracle tables and data structures.Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation processes.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in Oracle Fusion implementation projects.Knowledge of Finance, SCM, Procurement, or HCM modules.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Oracle certification is a plus.
