This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an award-winning organization that values equality, diversity, and family.Job Description:In this role, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the machining process. You will work from blueprints and specifications to maintain tight tolerances and support production goals.Job Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsSet up and operate CNC mills and other machining equipmentPerform drilling, milling, and related machining operationsSelect and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachmentsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededInspect finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot machining issues and resolve equipment malfunctionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentShift/Hours: Full Time7 AM - 3:30 PMJob Requirements 5-10 years of machining experience in a similar roleStrong blueprint reading and dimensional tolerancing skillsExperience with CNC machining and basic programming conceptsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbsDrug and background checkBilingual is a plusBenefits: Quarterly incentive bonusProfit-Sharing TrustComplimentary Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementHealth/Dental/Vision/FSARowan Scholarship for children of employee'sReady to make a move?
