Job Title: Solution Architect – Agentic AI & Data (BFSI Focus)Location:New York / New Jersey Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area) Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Work Mode: 100% OnsiteRole OverviewWe are seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic AI & Data to design and deliver next-generation AI systems leveraging autonomous agent-based architectures. This is a client-facing role focused on building scalable, secure, and industry-specific AI solutions, particularly within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.The role involves leading AI strategy, designing multi-agent systems, and driving innovation using Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced data platforms.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in AI/ML solution architecture in enterprise environmentsDeep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI techniquesHands-on experience with multi-agent system design and orchestrationExpertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG frameworksSolid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systemsStrong understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and data platformsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skillsProven ability to lead client-facing engagements and technical teamsStrong problem-solving mindset with focus on innovationFamiliarity with AI ethics and responsible AI principlesTechnical ExpertiseAI/ML frameworks and platforms (LLMs, transformer models)Agentic AI tools such as LangChain and Semantic KernelVector databases and semantic search technologiesCloud-native architecture, containers, and serverless computingProgramming skills in Python and at least one additional languageExperience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectureKnowledge of DevOps / MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworksExposure to knowledge graphs and reinforcement learning (preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience in BFSI domainPrior consulting or client-facing experienceExposure to enterprise-scale AI implementations
