Lead Enterprise Network Design EngineerW2 Only role.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.Sponsorship is not available for this position.We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise network solutions. This role will serve as a technical lead for complex infrastructure initiatives and partner closely with engineering, cloud, security, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise network design, implementation, testing, and deployment activitiesArchitect and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewall solutionsSupport software-defined networking (SDx), automation, and modern network architecturesValidate configurations, identify technical risks, and ensure operational readinessProvide senior-level escalation support and mentor junior engineersCollaborate across infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on enterprise initiativesRequired Qualifications10+ years of enterprise network engineering experienceStrong expertise in Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, InfoBlox, and enterprise networking technologiesExperience with network automation, scripting, and virtualization technologiesKnowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP networking conceptsStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical leadership skillsExperience in healthcare, distribution, or large enterprise environmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
