Position: Production Associate Location: Fitchburg, WI Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM Pay Rate: $18/hour Position Overview:Celerity Staffing is looking for a hands-on Production Associate to join our fast-paced vinyl graphics operation. This role focuses on physically assembling vinyl graphics from start to finish, including machine and hand cutting, weeding, masking, and preparing finished products for shipment. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce stock graphics, custom graphics, and other visual materials Operate cutting machines and assist with starting equipment for production runs Hand-cut vinyl when required Weed excess vinyl material from designs Mask finished graphics for application Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Count and verify finished products to confirm order completion Box and package items for shipping Maintain back stock of graphic materials and finished items Load and unload materials from machines with guidance from staff Lift and move raw materials, finished products, and packaged items manually Mark or tag parts for identification Pack, store, and organize materials and products Place products on equipment or work surfaces for further processing or inspection Remove finished products, machine attachments, or waste materials from machines Transfer materials, tools, and equipment between storage and work areas QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with hands and tools Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn equipment and production processes Prior experience in vinyl graphics, manufacturing, or production is a plus but not required
