About the Role
Are you fluent in French and have a good ear for understanding Québécois French? This remote French Bilingual Product Quality Assurance Agent position at Morley lets you use your language and computer skills while working from home.
What to Expect
As a remote agent, you will be in contact with our dealership partners, documenting information while providing excellent customer service in French and English. You will help our client maintain strong relationships by resolving issues promptly.
No automotive experience required.

What You'll Do
Receive calls from French-speaking dealers
Gather and document information in English
Effectively and efficiently deliver resolutions in French using defined processes and applications
Meet quality and productivity targets by
Having a good understanding of project operations and workflow processes
Delivering services that meet those goals
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
Required Skills
Strong computer navigation and typing skills
Extensive customer service skills (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Nice to Have
Associate degree
Eligibility Requirements
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing French and understanding the Québécois French dialect (you'll take a French fluency test)
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven success in a relevant/related position for one or more year
Call center experience
One or more years of customer service experience
Remote Work Requirements
Alabama resident
Secluded and distraction-free work environment
Required internet setup
High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
Computer must be physically connected to your modem/router using an Ethernet cable
Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (no weekends)
8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Central time (9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Eastern time)
