Your responsibilities will include:Financial Oversight: Manage AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities with a high degree of accuracy and integrityCash Flow Management: Monitor bank accounts and cash flow to maintain financial health and ensure operational stabilityMonth-End Close & Reporting: Lead the close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and timely delivery of financial statementsAudit & Compliance: Oversee external audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulationsTax Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales, use, and other applicable tax filingsStrategic Financial Analysis: Deliver detailed financial reporting and analysis to support executive-level planning and decision-makingWhat We’re Looking for in a ControllerThe ideal Controller candidate brings a mix of technical expertise and leadership strength:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)CPA certification is highly desirableAt least 3+ years in a senior accounting or Controller roleStrong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise, and experience with forecasting and budgetingProficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across departmentsWhy You Should Be This Company’s Next ControllerThis is more than just a leadership role—it’s a chance to have a lasting impact.
